To me, timing is everything when it comes to sending out advertising campaigns. The minute you send an email with an important offer or new promotion, there's a good chance it will be lost in a sea of emails, and this is where Litmus comes in as it allows you to set up automation to automatically send out your messages on the right schedule. This means you can rest easy knowing that when the time comes, your messages will go out without the need for you to constantly check for and resend them. For instance, when I'm sending an email to someone about a new product I can add a CTA and a custom button so the recipient can get instant access to the most relevant information. I find this feature very useful because it provides customers with an instant way to learn more about the product and improve their conversion rates. When I'm creating a report, I can set custom fields that can be used in the email. This allows me to make my report more meaningful to the reader because I can include the details of the campaign I sent them. For example, I can add the person who opened the campaign and which specific page they were on during the campaign. The ability to add custom HTML code to the email body, which allows me to add images, text, and links to my emails. This feature has really improved the quality of my content and made the emails more engaging for our customers. **What do you dislike about Validity Engage?** I don't have anything I dislike about Litmus. It's an incredibly useful tool because it allows me to tailor emails based on their behaviour, preferences, and activity over time. This makes it much easier for me to understand how people are engaging with our product and which content they are most interested in. For example, if a customer opens a particular page on our website and is interested in a certain product, then I can send targeted promotions or offers to them via email to try to get them to convert. Having this information makes it a lot easier for me to target my campaigns and drive conversions since I can craft custom messages based on actual user behaviour rather than guesswork. ### 5. The graphs are easy to read and I can grab the info I need in a quick snapshot. If I want to go more granular Everest provides all the functionality to dive deeper into the platform and filter by device, email send etc so I can see what to correct or which email could be causing issues. I love the integration with Salesforce making it easy to automatically send emails and provides a lot of customization on which emails get seeded. **What do you dislike about Validity Engage?** Everest platform has been great to use so far, with the Salesforce integration the dynamic content in email subject lines don't carry through properly so having another unique identifier would be great **What problems is Validity Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everest helps us keep our sender score high and make sure our emails are getting to our customers.
