I can clearly see what succeeded, what failed, and why. **What do you dislike about Validity Engage?** My least favorite thing, if I had to pick one, is in the new Validity DemandTools (V), It's difficult to know which "module" I should pick for what I'm trying to accomplish. **What problems is Validity Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is very easy to export data from a report, say, phone numbers on an account, remove punctuation in excel, and reimport the data back in. The interface is an older UI, but once you get familiar with the layout, everything you need to very clear and in easy to follow steps. **What problems is Validity Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Uploading lists is the #1 use. We upload a lot of lists from Events vendors, and the de-duplication tools are indispensable. The second biggest use is backfilling and alining data. We support multiple departments that are constantly adding, removing, and reorganizing the data they want to collect. Being able to 'Backfill" data into new fields for reporting consistency is key. My favorite "quick update" tool is definitely PowerGrid. It is just like an excel spreadsheet. I can pull in targeted sets of data and just overwrite the incorrect entries. It is MAGIC. ### 19. I have been able to automate many of these jobs using Job Builder. Automating these jobs with Job Builder saves me time, and I can be confident in the work DemandTools is automatically doing. For a long time, we were able to identify duplicates on import or update with DupeBlocker. Now using DemandTools in addition to DupeBlocker, we can search for and identify duplicates that need to be resolved inside our entire Salesforce org. DemandTools is a powerful tool. I look forward to learning more and furthering our implementation! **What do you dislike about Validity Engage?** The user interface of DemandTools can be intimidating and a bit confusing when using the tool for the first time; it takes some time to get used to it. There are a few other minor things that would be helpful for our implementation; however, I have found Demand Tools to be worth my time and a benefit to our institution even without these elements. **What problems is Validity Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have used Lead Conversion and Job Builder to convert leads automatically where there is an existing matching account. One of our departments wanted to conduct mass conversions, which was difficult until we began using DemandTools. Now we can be sure we are converting leads without creating more duplicates. We have used Reassign Ownership to assign records to our calling team. I especially appreciate that you can assign ownership by percentage to multiple different owners. We are using Single Table Dedupe to identify duplicate records. ### 27. Would be great to have a setting pre-defined for a Country of your choice (e.g. Australian selection shows the top 4 Australian email clients, etc). - So much detail it's almost overwhelming and overcomplicated. A streamlined offering / condensing the metrics to show only the most important would do wonders. - Information has to be extracted out of the system, and it doesn't alert you when something is going wrong or may need to be looked at or provide insights on how performance could be improved. -Competitor research tool isn't available for everyone. We'd love to use this but can't afford to pay the additional fee. - Testing email design is capped based on an agreement. This should be unlimited.
