For instance, when commenting on an image, if the creator moves that image, the pin currently stays in its original position rather than moving with the image. It is great how easy it is to have colleagues review the proof draft before it deploys. I also frequently use it every week and I have had no problems with it. **What do you dislike about Validity Engage?** I do wish that there were more personalization tools so my team could transition from using Liveclicker to strictly using Litmus for all things proof launch and personalization. I do know that there have been new personalization updates Litmus has launched recently but not the tools we do use frequently. **What problems is Validity Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?** My team has spoken to a Litmus rep recently who told us about the new Live Polling and we gave feedback in regards to hiding the percentage and setting a threshold. The Litmus rep recently got back to us saying he has forwarded the feedback and it is currently being reviewed. They give you a lot of options on the confidence level of the match (i.e. email address and last name exact match with first name first letter match, vs. fuzzy match) so you can work with your team on what level of confidence you are comfortable with when executing a bulk de-dupe and merge. **What do you dislike about Validity Engage?** 1) Mac is not supported! My company provides only Macs to employees so we have to use a digital machine with Windows to utilize DemandTools. 2) The user interface is outdated. It feels like software from 2004. There's a bit of a learning curve partially due to the complexity of the UI, and partially due to the extensive options available to customize your data processes, but the functionality makes up for this. **What problems is Validity Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?** First and foremost DemandTools is our default tool to solve the problem of data standardization in Salesforce.
