Client support is fantastic too, with regular, real-time calls to ensure our satisfaction and to help us provide the best user experience possible. Remote access via the app gives users access to all of their completed training, along with any relevant documentation that has been uploaded. We use Litmos every day for ongoing CPD and compliance training, and all users—from the tech-savvy to inexperienced or first-time users—find it easy to navigate the menus and locate what they need. We also have a large library of bespoke training documents and videos, and integrating these with Litmos was simple and creates a seamless interface for the end user. Creating a CAT module is easy and intuitive. So is the process of creating a course and a learning path, along with the options under the setting tab. 'Boost' is another very useful feature. The layout of people, teams and features under account settings is a nice design. Overall, the interface is simple and clean, user-friendly, and mobile-compatible. What do you dislike about Litmos? The reporting tab is not as intuitive and requires a lot of configuration to deliver reports. Tracking specific custom fields and analyzing learner data is a lot more work than it should be. I have also run into occasional issues with the search functionality on the people tab, and when using the reporting engine.
