I can easily create courses for my company and upload them. I can also use the templates for assessments and learning materials to create content quickly. Litmos allows us to provide our customers with training material while also allowing them to create their own content so they can have one centralized location for all training materials. It's not the easiest platform to navigate intuitively, and even when you do learn something, it could still be a little bit hard to do it a second time or beyond. Bringing people up to speed on how to use Litmos is pretty painless. We use Litmos frequently as our Learning Management System for both internal and extneral Customers. There are some things that we would like to do in Litmos (that seems feasible in today's software environment) that we cannot accomplish. I like that Litmos is very user-friendly, making it easy to use and manage. What do you dislike about Litmos? We're having some issues with the login, especially because we're a very secure company. There are problems with our external employees trying to access it. As someone who has never administered an LMS before, I find it extremely user-friendly. The feedback from our learners has also been positive in the ease of its use and it doesn't require too much training/demo for first-time learners. It's great to see the roadmap of what's to come and see some focus turn to customer training, and not just for internal employee purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Litmos? The lack of being able to complete bulk updates to users. i.e. If there is an instance of an M&A with one of our customers, and all email addresses have to be changed, we're unable to perform a bulk update to those users - including their username. The Reporting Engine - I would prefer to be able to start with selecting the aspects of what I want in the report, rather than trying to figure out if I want a user report vs a course report from the start. I find Litmos to be user-friendly, which our clients appreciate and have become accustomed to. It's easy to guide new clients through the implementation process, as they find it very straightforward and simple to use. Additionally, I value the new features and updates that Litmos continually introduces, which enhance the platform's functionality. The system's capabilities for using collections, the API, and managing parent and linked accounts to efficiently copy courses across accounts are particularly useful. These features significantly aid in hosting and delivering content to clients, which is a key aspect of our business operations. Furthermore, Litmos helps in facilitating content delivery and enables us to monetize our content by hosting it for clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Litmos? I find it cumbersome to update courses across multiple instances, as it requires going into each individual course. With a large number of instances, this becomes a tedious process. Additionally, the current setup for certificates could be improved to work across entire instances rather than just at the course level. I also think branding could be more intuitive; it would be more efficient if it were possible to set up branding based on teams without needing to go through rules, allowing for a more automated experience. I really appreciate the wide range of training offerings that Litmos provides, which is why we selected it. The setup process was incredibly easy, significantly aided by a wonderful customer service management team and an invaluable team member, Ryan Morris, who assists us on a near-weekly basis. His expertise in explaining various processes in Litmos has been crucial in helping us get the best use of the platform. We mainly use Litmos for compliance training on a quarterly basis, but its flexibility allows us to upload bespoke training sessions. This feature enables us to record and track training completions effectively. Additionally, the ability to upload all our training history from previous LMSs into one central location helps immensely. This consolidation of data is excellent for our centralized business management. The reporting process is another standout feature, as it provides us with real data for effective business management. Lastly, the strong service and backup support from Litmos's team have reinforced our decision to continue using it. I love how Litmos offers a smooth, consistent way to deliver online training to all of our offices in remote locations. The platform's decent reporting capabilities allow us to consistently track how our learning is completed, which is incredibly beneficial. I find the most baseline features, such as the ability to deliver training remotely either via desktop or mobile device, extraordinarily useful. The capability to host a variety of content types, including SCORM files, documents, videos, and assessments and surveys, is also highly valuable. I appreciate the ease of use associated with Litmos, which is complemented by dedicated support from its employees. The initial setup was not difficult thanks to the assistance from Litmos representatives who helped onboard us and liaised with our IT department, ensuring all technical elements were in place smoothly. I also want more robust integrations for additional software. Recently, I tried to use the DocuSign integration but encountered issues requiring specific setups within DocuSign, making it unusable.
