I have been using Litmos for the past six months, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! One of the standout features is the excellent customer support. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, their team responds quickly and is incredibly helpful. My employer chose the Litmos On-Demand Administration for our instance, and it has been nothing short of wonderful. We hold regular implementation meetings to ensure everything runs smoothly. The system is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and manage our learning programs effectively. I particularly appreciate the robust reporting functions, which provide valuable insights into learner progress and engagement. I have several saved reports emailed to me weekly to help monitor our learners’ progress. Another major advantage has been the Single Sign-On feature for our learners. This has made a significant difference compared to our previous LMS, where we frequently had to assist users in resetting their passwords. Now, our learners can access their courses effortlessly, greatly enhancing their overall experience. I use the system every day to support learners and regional managers, continuously looking for ways to meet the organization’s training needs through this product. My team is currently exploring some of Litmos's integrations to assign learners to specific content and keep their managers updated on their progress. Our organization had multiple departments attempting to engage employees through various systems. I’ve had a very positive experience using Litmos as our learning management system. The course authoring tools are intuitive and easy to navigate, and the Litmos Training Academy courses for administrators have made them even more powerful and practical. I appreciate the flexibility in testing options, whether embedding quizzes throughout a course or using a more comprehensive final assessment module. Our experience with customer service has been excellent. As a new company implementing a completely new training method, the support team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Their assistance has made setup and troubleshooting much smoother than I’ve experienced with other large software providers, including other LMS platforms. One area that could be improved is the sheer number of options for setting up courses and learning paths. It can feel overwhelming at first. That said, the combination of responsive customer support, Admin On Demand, and the self-paced how-to modules made it much easier to get the hang of things. Litmos stands out as one of the most user-friendly LMS platforms I have encountered. I have used it in several different roles and capacities, and I continue to be impressed by both the technology and the quality of service provided. The dedicated manage admin support truly sets Litmos apart and was a significant factor in our decision to choose this platform. The team is outstanding—they not only guide us in optimizing our use of the platform but also provide essential support to our small team of two, who are responsible for supporting an organization of 600 people. The Google Calendar integration for the ILT courses has been problematic. We have not yet been able to use this feature as intended. What problems is Litmos solving and how is that benefiting you? Litmos provides our team with straightforward access to sales training and enablement content throughout the entire process. We migrated a large library of videos and voiceovers from our previous platform, and Litmos made it simple to organize everything and incorporate historical completion data during the implementation phase. The content authoring tool allows us to efficiently update and revise existing training materials, as well as create new content. Additionally, Litmos reporting is addressing our previous challenges with transparency and helps us better evaluate ROI, training engagement, and its impact on job performance. First and foremost, the customer support, account management and leadership teams are top notch. Anytime we have a question, a challenge or need guidance, they are very responsive. And their webinars are informative and timely. Second, they have partnerships with fantastic content providers. We have been very pleased with Go1 for content within Litmos and we also love having Blinkist as an additional resource for our teams. Out of the box, it's not the most intuitive interface. It's not bad by any means, but we wanted something that any level of employee could easily navigate and get to where they needed to go. Fortunately we were able to customize some of the platform which got us closer to that goal. What i liked about litmos is it's user friendly, they have a mobile app so I can learn on the go anywhere and have offline access to download videos even without internet. The downside of litmos based on my experience is that customization is limited and there are some bugs when downloading some learning videos. Litmos appears to be structured in a way that only allows delegates to complete a course a single time, as the reporting features do not account for repeat completions. When onboarding new users/employees, sometimes their accounts feed over to Litmos and sometimes they do not from BambooHR.
