Litify enables me to easily store new client/lead information in a centralized location and software that all of my staff and attorneys have access to. I wish there was a better way to change the default view settings when looking at a matter. Right now, when I am viewing a matter and want to see the most recently uploaded document (which is what I need to see 95% of the time), I have to click the Document Date column header twice (and wait for it to load each time). It is so slow. Unbelievably slow. Takes forever to move between folders. Also, the download to PDF always messes up the document. It takes forever to upload large files or folders. Sometimes, even after waiting for hours for it to upload, the upload will fail or the files will be corrupted.
