It allows customization so that you can manage your cases in the way that is important to you. All of the available automations makes things consistent and easy. The smallest details are now completed seemlessly. As a manager the reports and dashboards help to make my job a lot easier too. **What do you dislike about Litify?** Litify is a little intimidating to learn and set up and become comfortable manuevering through as an admin. The Litify community helps a lot and the weekly connection meetings are a great resource for guidance. **What problems is Litify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can follow up on case progression and status a lot faster and easier now. This is especially helpful as the firm continues to grow. ### 2. It is possible to have a matter open and then have "subtabs" for the insurance, roles, documents, etc **What do you dislike about Litify?** CEXs are a much longer process Client contacts cannot be cloned to companion cases Any text added to "client contact" (ie: client contact re: PD, LOU, tx) voids the client contact on the report There isn't a way to search Activity Timeline by just "client contact" or "adjuster contact" or other topics - they all populate in a search when it's narrowed down to "calls" Emails about chatters do not have the case name, only matter number, so you have to either put the client name in the chatter, or open up the link, or open up from the notifications Letters cannot be merged directly from the diary so it adds extra steps when generating letters and documents Baby diary items do not populate consistently/properly **What problems is Litify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I didn't really see any problems with our prior case management system. ### 3. There are numerouse features and folders which make things easy to look for. Its an easy system you can frequently use all day without any malfunctions. The litify support team is always avaiable to help and hear you out on how to make improvements. The implementation from the start to creating a matter is guided and provides notes to make sure you knowwhat you are doing and what is needed next to fullfil the best use out the system. **What do you dislike about Litify?** We cant clone a matter completly. We still need to go and add all the insurance information again, assiagn the matter team and fill in the questionare all over again. **What problems is Litify solving and how is that benefiting you?** The fact the matter dose not completly clone (transfer over the basic things such has insurance carriers, matter team, the questionare) makes it more time consuming needing to go back and fill all that stuff in when you think its going to transfer over from the original matter. ### 4. For instance working with Banjaxed to text from within Litify. **What do you dislike about Litify?** The lack of communication and the slow response time we receive. The amount of issues we run into especially when new automations are added, it seems to cause more issues. The amount of changes that happen so frequently, they aren't always welcomed/wanted changes. **What problems is Litify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been trying to customize our Litify org since going live to work best for our firm. We are constantly adding new automations to make things easier for us. We seem to still be learning new things it can do. One is that a user can't delete important docments or notations easily. Secondly, the notation time stamps and email saving intergration with Outlook help with daily task efficiency and productivity. ### 7. It enhances our service by having somewhere to go to. It is the primary software that I use every day at my job. The tools on Litify are user friendly in a way that I can email straight from the client's file when necessary. **What do you dislike about Litify?** The worst thing is probably waiting for permissions to review certain reports, but that's up to the company not necessarily Litify. The other thing I don't like is the fact that I really have to search for the additional tabs in the "more" category but then I have to click another section to get there . **What problems is Litify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Litify is slowly implementing more tools for us to make our jobs easier such as buttons to automatically send arbitrary emails and forms. For example, the standard Salesforce platform has limited document creation capabilities, which Litify addresses with their "Docrio" product. The automated task list is also great. I use it all the time. It was easy for me to integrate into the system. **What do you dislike about Litify?** I do not like how much of it is not maluable, like generating listed for cases can sometimes be complicated or impossible. Also training new people takes a lot of time. I also do not know where customer support is. It is also hard to look at other peoples' tasks. It is harder for older people to use. **What problems is Litify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves many issues with coordinating documents that come into the sysytem, trasnferring cases between attorneys, and documenting things like texts, emails, and the like. ### 24. There are many opportunities for customization for a firm to ensure that the software works for the purposes the firm needs. Other features like dashboards make looking over large amounts of information easy and clear. **What do you dislike about Litify?** Litify is complex and difficult to understand at first. It comes with a learning curve. Many features and sections of the site can feel repetitive. It requires a large amount of training and refresher sessions. **What problems is Litify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Litify makes it easy to request and track medical records requests through NRR, and easy to manage documents for clients. It allows me to be able to multitask whic i'v noticed has helped my efficancy. I havent had any issues with litify but I do like that we are able to reach out to customer support with any issues we face and it created an ease of implementation with forms that I process on a daily basis. **What do you dislike about Litify?** I fell like there is a lot of pckets of information within section of sections anf ot can make it difficut to easily access information let alone find it. I can do everything thats necessary for my duties and tasks that i could with the previous case tracking system we had, plus more. ### 30. Sometimes it seems as if all the ton of features aren't fully used or taken advantage of fully as it might get overwhelming to take in all the info. **What problems is Litify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Litify has been great with gathering data ans stats. Before this information was gather through individuals reporting of their case loads. Incredibly difficult to navigate. Things take twice as long as with our old system. The documents tab is awful to the point of being unusable. No way to archive Chatters means things just build up without an easy way of seeing what has been dealt with and what hasn't. **What problems is Litify solving and how is that benefiting you?** None ### 33.
