We have been live with Litify for six months. We could be more efficient with pen and paper at this point. We have spent so much on Litify and the configuration is so messed up it has hurt our ability to generate cash flow due to how inefficient our setup is. I don't like anything about Litify yet. Our implementation was almost double what it was quoted and the configuration wasn't done correctly. Now the foundation of our Litify product isn't right. Ease of use 1 out 10 due to poor configuration. 1 out 10 for implementation. Customer Support has been overall good. We use Litify daily. You do not have to guess much on how to find what you are looking for. Also, there are different ways of doing a task on litify like writing notes for example. You can write notes on the main Matter, on the client, on an specific party etc etc. Same, with the way you access to Roles. Always several ways of doing things and accomplish same task. Glitches like Having a two way process to accomplish 1 task. If you miss one of the two it wont reflect on profile. Same with Middle initials of clients.They do not show up unless you click on the role.
