**What do you like best about ListenUp!?**

It is an easy to use tool to gather customer feedback, analyze it and provide insights about the customer's pain points by leveraging AI

**What do you dislike about ListenUp!?**

The pricing for the entreprise tier seems a bit too high. Also, it was difficult to find documentation of the product and its API

**What problems is ListenUp! solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Preventing churn
Helping the support team provide feedback to the development team about new features or report bugs

**What do you like best about ListenUp!?**

A game changer among Product Managers' stack! ListenUp was truly designed by Product for Product and it shows ! The tool is very easy-to-use, easy to implement, and addresses core Product topics such as discovery and feature design. Verbatims transcript is very accurate and spares a lot of time, but it doesn't stop here. Collecting insights, identifying patterns, and evaluating impact has never been so easy. The experience doesn't stop here. I also recommend trying Crystal ball 🔮 , Web Highlights, and many other features...These were truly designed to emphasize strong a product culture within teams, not only Product Teams but also Customer Support, Sales Teams... As long as there is customer-centric and product thinking, there is room for ListenUp!

**What do you dislike about ListenUp!?**

Had no time left to fully test the AI layer and see the synthesis feature in action.

The powerful search feature that makes it easy to find insights and patterns, the simple and effective design, the wide range of available integrations, and the embedding capabilities.

**What do you dislike about ListenUp!?**

The hierarchy of information could be improved for a better overall view.

**What problems is ListenUp! solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limited time for analyzing feedback, the need for a simple tool to centralize all feedback, and the ability to record meetings without requiring a bot.
