I do commercial and residential transaction coordination. It easily pulls important information about all of the contracts. Residential and commercial are vastly different and work well for both of them without having to create a complete task list like most TC programs. It integrates with my gmail, although more needs to happen on this, my HTML signature doesn't look correct when sending. Pricing is great and is per transaction; if you're having a slow month, you're not paying $100s of dollars for it. Onboarding is so simple. Currently you need to go into each transaction to figure out what you need to do for the day. It does send you an email, but I get 100's of emails a day. Typically I'm having to go through line by line on contracts and the intake process can take hours for just one file. It's shortened this to just 30mins to an hour. Ava is the assistant I’ve always wanted. She actually learns the way I communicate and helps me stay on track. I can text her any time of the day or night, just like Waffle House, she’s always open. Being able to upload contracts and have Ava read them and extract all the important details and dates is most valuable. It is a big time saver and just having another set of eyes creates a checks and balance system I can rely on and feel confident about. Also, I love being able to run a compliance scan. I honestly haven’t found any real downside to using ListedKit. ListedKit is helping me free up more time during my intake process, which lets me increase my capacity and bandwidth to take on a greater volume of contracts and clients without feeling like I’m biting off more than I can chew. It benefits me by serving as one central platform I can easily refer to for communication with all parties in the transaction, and it’s also a great way to stay on top of everyone’s contact information—especially knowing which person belongs to which contract or file when I have multiple active contracts moving through the contract-to-close process at the same time. As a Transaction Coordinator, I found ListedKit to be invaluable. ListedKit makes working a transaction very easy. It removes the constant worry that I forgot something and the endless searching for documents and double-checking myself. ListedKit is like having an assistant at my fingertips that not only checks the incoming documents for compliance but also stays on top of my emails and suggests things that it can do for me. This saves me hours every day. Opening a new file is very quick and easy. ListedKit automatically gets contact information from the documents, saving me the time of finding the information and entering it. ListedKit also sets all timelines accurately and adds them to my calendar. Overall, ListedKit saves me a lot of time opening a file. There is Summary sheet also provided and it can automatically be embedded in my opening email to all parties, or I can choose which parties I want it to go to. When I have a question, I just email ListedKit and I receive an answer within 24 hrs, usually within 12 hours. This is fantastic as it keeps me from being delayed in my work. It seems like the more work I allow ListedKit to do for me, the quicker it gets the job done. There are no lengthy delays with 'time outs'. ListedKit is a 'work machine'. I am amazed that the price to use ListedKit is still very low, in my opinion, for the services it provides and the work load it handles. In the 20+ years I have been a Transaction Coordinator, this is, by far, the best program I have ever used. There really is nothing to dislike about ListedKit or any improvements to what is currently offered. Everything works better than I expected and is more accurate than I expected. If I absolutely had to choose a downside, I think it would be that there are not more applications I could use ListedKit for. I think about the accounting aspect of the business and what an asset it would be if I could do that through ListedKit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is ListedKit solving and how is that benefiting you? ListKit is helping me solve a time management issue that all Transaction Coordinators have. It is 'normal' to be in the middle of something and get interrupted with something requiring an urgent response. ListedKit allows me to 'interrupt' the workflow and then go back to what I was working on, it even shows me where I was at before the interruption. This saves having to make notes when I get interrupted, thus saving me time. Before I started using ListedKit, I used a spreadsheet system. Opening a file took quite a bit of time, then opening the Broker Portal meant even more time. With ListedKit, I can onboard the file, save the detail summary and I have all the information for the Broker Portal at my fingertips, no need to open an entry on the spreadsheet anymore. Listed Kit is hands-down the best CRM I’ve ever used, and the setup was literally so easy. The best part is the 'assistant' atmosphere, being able to text AVA or have her actually read my emails makes it feel like I have a personal assistant on payroll.
