Recommendations to others considering Liquid Web:
If you are in my situation -- i.e., you have a number of your own websites and/or email accounts to host, and you can resell hosting for other clients at the same time as a value add -- Liquid Web Cloud Sites is likely the best option for you. However, I suspect Cloud Sites could also work very well if you are only hosting your own sites, or if your primary business is reselling hosting of small-to-medium-sized websites for multiple clients, or if your needs involve some combination of the above. What problems is Liquid Web solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all, I don't have to worry about managing hosting space or servers, which saves me time. Yes, there are services out there that provide hosting by the specific amount you need, but they generally don't offer the same level of management. Second of all, the fact that I can reach a tech support person via chat or phone within minutes,at any time of the day or night on any day of the year means that I can solve my clients' problems quickly and easily. Finally, the speed with which I can set up web hosting and email accounts, as well as install content management systems like WordPress, makes the admin side of my job much easier. For me, this is precisely the level of management I need, as I am usually busy providing other services to my clients that are not necessarily related to website hosting or email accounts.
