The thing I like best about LiquidWeb is the tech support. They are immediately available via Chat 24/7/365. Besides the support availability, the quality of support is outstanding. They have always resolved any problems I had in very short order, often during the Chat but at most, within a matter of 1 or 2 hours. Besides the tech support, the servers function perfectly, cPanel gives me access to all of the server settings I could ever want/need. There haven't been any that I've experienced. Their interface has been confusing from the beginning. Perhaps the only helpful thing is that, you get to talk to a customer service person after < 15 minutes of hold time - so it's not the fastest but not the slowest. Confusing user interface. It took them a long time to build / consolidate what was a usable interface when they inherited the business from Rackspace. They deleted all of my content despite being a customer for many years (almost 10 years), because I accidentally missed one month's payment (I had it on auto-pay and my card stopped working).
