VisionAery Liquid Leak Detection, now in its fourth generation (V4), is software that detects puddles, pressurized spray and visible vapor on the cameras a site already owns. It runs on Axis and Hanwha cameras, or on Emerson, x86 and NVIDIA Jetson edge servers, with nothing in the cloud. Install it on an Axis ARTPEC-9 or Hanwha Wisenet 9 camera, or run it on an edge server that takes RTSP streams from any H.264 camera. Draw the areas to watch, choose a sensitivity, and alarms stage from green to red as a puddle grows and persists. A rain gate pauses puddle alarms in wet weather, and a color-confidence check separates liquid from shadow and stain. Alarms and snapshots reach the systems operators already use: native camera events into the VMS, MQTT with JSON or Sparkplug B into SCADA and Ignition, and HTTPS webhooks into ticketing, email or SMS. Processing stays on the camera or on the server at the site. No video leaves the premises and there is no cloud dependency. Measured on 9,147 previously unseen frames with no per-site training: 97.1% puddle detection with a 0.8% false-positive rate, and 98.1% for spray and visible vapor combined. Used on oil and gas, chemical, utility, water, mining, data center, manufacturing and commercial sites. Pricing is $500 per camera channel per year, or $1,500 perpetual, the same on every platform, with a free 30-day trial.
