"Great all-in-one platform for managing independent contractors, freelancers, and vendors"

What do you like best about Liquid?

Liquid makes it easy for me to manage the contractors, vendors, and freelancers that the various departments in our company work with to grow and scale our business. It takes me less than a minute to invite a new vendor, and invoices are automatically matched to Work Orders. This makes it easy for the various departments to review and approve invoices, before our finance department pays the invoices. What do you dislike about Liquid?

Getting our whole team trained up on using Liquid took a bit of time, but Liquid made it easy by providing webinars for our users and being available for weekly Zoom office hours whenever we needed help. They also have a great Intro to Liquid webinar to help our vendors and contractors learn how to use Liquid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Liquid solving and how is that benefiting you?

Liquid simplifies the way we contract, onboard, manage, and pay our contract employees, freelancers, and vendors in the US and across the world. Before using Liquid, the various departments in our company all had their own way of managing contract work and we didn't have visibility across the company to help us optimize our spending. "Easy to use system"

What do you like best about Liquid?

Liquid makes it easy for me to hire, contract, and pay the contractors, freelancers, and vendors that work for our business. Everything is in one place, and I can route invoices automatically to the appropriate supervisor before approving payments to our roster of talent located all around the world. Moreover, it's saved us thousands of dollars in potential over payments on invoices -- thanks to their work order to invoice matching system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Liquid?

There is a bit of a learning curve to using Liquid, but the platform makes it really easy by taking you step by step through the setup process. In addition, the support team has been great! They are very responsive and knowledgeable -- and they are always willing to help me as well as the vendors we work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Liquid solving and how is that benefiting you?

Liquid has cut our SaaS spending in half, by allowing me to cancel subscriptions to other tools/platforms I was using to do everything that Liquid does. In addition, it's helped me feel confident that our relationships with our contractors are compliant with state and federal regulations. The work order system is a game changer. What do you like best about Liquid?

I like that Liquid provides a seamless experience for me to set up contracts, work orders, invoices, and payments to my contractors, vendors, and freelancers in the US and around the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Liquid?

It took a bit of time to learn how to use Liquid, but the support team is very friendly and available to chat at seemingly all hours. In addition, Liquid provides zoom office hours, Intro to Liquid webinars for my additional users, Intro to Liquid webinars for my vendors, and other webinars to help me get the most out of Liquid and keep me up to date with industry trends. What problems is Liquid solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Liquid, I was using about 10 different tools to manage, contract, and pay my vendors while also forecasting upcoming expenditures. With Liquid, I'm able to do everything I need in one single platform. Plus, I love the work order to invoice matching system and automated approval system -- saving my team dozens of hours each week.
