Extremely innovative and no other company in this space has the depth or breadth that they do. For our purposes, we deal almost exclusively with Government agencies, Government Contractors, Aerospace corporations and Defense companies; and Lionbridge doesn't have a comparatively robust team of experts like they do in other verticals such as Life Sciences. They have resources from all over the world which really helps in quick translations of various resources and they also provide some cutting edge solutions like AI and machine learning to enhance the existing tools. I wouldn't really call it is a dislike but due to time zone differences we have faced a few hiccups in terms of reaching for support on some technical issues in past but nothing to worried about. The main problems we were solving with Lionbridge are in terms of translations of documents which are critical in nature and the benefits of working with Lionbridge are that the turnaround time is pretty quick and all the services are delivered within SLA.
