The downside of using Linvo is that it doesnt quite live up to its claims resulting in loss. Despite the 30 day money back guarantee refund requests tend to be neglected. It's a poor product and dishonest company. The software simply does not work and the support was unable to fix it and seemed to have no technical knowlewdge (outsourced offshore VA). It sends connection requests and then the workflow stops and does not continue with any further action. I bounced several messages backwards and forwards for weeks until I gave up and requested a refund. They are now ignoring my refund requests since weeks adespite the 30day money back gurantue advertised on their website. Also, their website does not work on Safari. You have to download Chrome which can be done but its just annoying that a platform like this does not run on all common browsers. The website is also misleading as it advertise public review scroes which aren't accurate and the few reviews are partically from the owner or staff. I like that Linvo gives you a dedicated IP which is great when you're using automation.

The interface is simple and easy to use.

Their customer service is good and in most cases, you will be speaking with their founder.
