Linqa is a customer engagement platform that brings campaigns, conversations and communication APIs together across eight channels: SMS, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, web chat and voice. Teams launch segmented campaigns with A/B tests and see the estimated cost before they send. Every link is tracked person by person, so you know exactly who clicked. Replies from every channel land in one shared inbox with AI drafts, SLA timers and the full customer history. AI agents trained on your website, files and live data answer routine questions and hand over to a person when needed. The workflow builder connects triggers, branches and AI steps, with automatic channel fallback: if WhatsApp doesn't land, SMS will. For voice, Linqa runs a cloud call center with AI routing, transcripts, summaries and a predictive dialer. Developers use one REST API with webhooks and a sandbox mode. Messages reach 190+ countries over 800+ operator connections, on the network of Beox, a telecom operator since 2004 certified to ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 10002.
