What do you dislike about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

The card doesn't always work and it is awkward when trading info. There is also no prompt for the exchange of contact info the other way... meaning - I can give someone my info, but there is no easy way to get their info, This is a major issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful Business Card"
5/5
What do you like best about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

It makes it very easy for customers, suppliers, potential clients, etc. to get all of your contact information. One of the best features is that if your information changes, you don't have to get new business cards printed. The implementation setup is very easy for both parties. I find that I frequential use my Linq card more now than when I had paper business cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

I get some complaints about having to create a Linq account for the people accessing my information. Some people would rather that it was more of a contact (*.vcf) card or even web-based access to the information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great talking point and increases my business interactions"

What do you like best about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

I like the NFC embedment within the card. It was easy to set up my account and intregrate all of my contacts. I use it all the time for college fairs and the younger generation really likes it rather than giving them a copy of my business card that they will just throw away. "Standing out from our competition"
5/5
What do you like best about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

The core thing we like about Linq is that we can build a custom landing page that delivers graphics and videos easily to our customers device, helping to leverage our sales process. Also the fact that our contact info can be easily added to their contacts has increased retention and recall for our customers. Our customers also appreciate the added sophistication of the Linq card as it helps to set us apart from others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

Our major roadblock is just customer adoption. Many customers are still cautious about "linking" tech together from people they don't really know. Once we get past this objection the customer appreciates the extra benefits over a traditional business card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Linq has been a great tool for conferences and events"

What do you like best about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

My Linq card has been an invaluable tool at conferences and events. Why?

- no need to carry business cards or an efficient solution for situations when I don't have cards handy

- my contacts appreciate the ease of use and like not having to download any software. Just a few taps to grab my info and share theirs

- the QR code back up ensures that we can exchange info, even if the other party's phone cannot use NFC

- it been a useful conversation extender; contacts always ask me about Linq and where they can get one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

"Very great products."
5/5
What do you like best about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

The best thing about Linq is the quality of their products are. I bought the Stretch v2 and the custom Bamboo card. The Stretch is very comfortable, I wear it all the time. The bar code on the back works very well, and the NFC chip is pretty handy. The Bamboo card seems very light, but it is very sturdy. My logo looks amazing on it. My logo is just letters all the same color, so I just went on paint on Windows 11, took off the background, and saved it as png. It was pretty easy to customize on their site. The fact that I can make a profile without purchasing their products, and have a QR code saved on my apple wallet, is pretty awesome! They are very much worth the money. They also have an email signature, amongst other ways to share your contact information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

I don't have a down side, they have fantastic products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Linq is a powerful business networking tool that makes paper business cards obsolete!"
5/5
What do you like best about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

Linq just works with the Near Field Communication (NFC) functionality or the QR code. I am based in South Korea and people consistently are impressed when I break out my Linq digital business card and always ask where they can get one. I tell them they can go to Linq's website at https://buy.linqapp.com or purchase it on Amazon. The Linq digital business card eliminates the need for physical business cards, thereby saving some trees and helping the environment! It's easy to customize different profiles linked to the Linq card through the Linq smartphone app. I use the Linq card at every business networking function. I also like how my contact information can be saved immediately to someone's phone so they can keep in touch with me more easily, especially through LinkedIn. What do you dislike about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

Sometimes the NFC function doesn't work with Android phones (although NFC consistently works with iPhones). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
