The fact is that sometimes the NFC just does not work so people have to try to the QR code or larger networking events many people attend makes the internet slow which can cause an awkward moment while it loads. Linq is like the friend you never knew you needed, but so glad you found. Linq always has your back, and will never tell your secrets! Its like having the perfect wingman next to you at all times. Forgot your card? No worries, use the app! The expectations I had were beyond exceeded. I havent contacted customer support but I hear theyre great too! I use my card at least 1-3 times a week! Sometimes the Linq card doesnt work as expected, but for $10 I cant really complain. It can take a little time to get it set up how you want it, but its worth the time. I've recommended Linq to probably over 100 people at this point. It had helped me stand out and look professional. I genuinely believe it was the reason I got my last internship! It allows for multiple pages which is awesome because I wear many hats. Customer support has been nice and easy to deal with. I really like gifting Linq products too. I don't nessisarily know if I trust the insights (which say how many people clicked on the different links) but it is still cool! If i am out and about and i have left paper cards or just not really thinking about how i can connect topeople .Linq card has been handy when i use the products and my contacts know my number , info and what my personality is . It keeps track of what contacts keeps my number and such . Customer service has been helpful with explaining the function of it . Iuse this product proably whenever i go out. Furthermore, non-iPhone users seem to fumble a bit to open QR card reader app. This is not a problem with Linq, but a case where not ever follower will be at the same technical level. It gives you options to create multiple profiles, and even change what Linq item is connected to what profile after a item is setup. Going on a business trip, switch your card to the business profile, back home switch it back to the personal one. Carry one card and use it in many ways. Dont wanna carry a card then just use the app! Customer service and support has also been great. I use it very often when I meet clients to give them my contact info. I love always having my business card on me at all times so if I run into someone I haven't seen in a while I can I can give them my card digitally so they have my information in their phone instantly. The NFC tap feature has been giving me a lot of troubles lately, but customer service has been taking great care of me trying to figure out what's going on. I recently utilized my Linq badge for an event we sponsored. Attendees appreciated the ease of use, and the ability to include multiple links (social, registration forms, etc.) on one landing page. I also appreciate the ability to track scans and clicks on my dashboard. Furthermore, I personally appreciate the fact that we no longer have to waste paper by printing out dozens-hundreds of pieces of collateral with a QR code on them for activations like this.
