## Linnworks Reviews
  ### 1. Budget friendly IMS/WMS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

The interface is for the most part user-friendly and intuitive, menu options expand/collapse with ease, and it just works with our other systems for front end sales.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

If a kit assembly is comprised of another kit plus another item, reporting will not break down the component kit despite selecting options to break down kits.

Amazon FBA setup is not user friendly.

The embedded tables within the UI leave much to be desired, as it presents a scrolling nightmare when you wish to navigate across the embedded tables.

**Recommendations to others considering Linnworks:**

If you are adept at systems setup you may not require the management training package, and the documentation should be sufficient.

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accurate inventory levels relative to what we are displaying for sale on our website. Accurate fulfillment of orders using barcodes to pick and quality control prior to shipment dispatch.

  ### 2. Allows for customer setup and details

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dallas Y. | Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

The order processing portion of this software is very straightforward and allows you to knock out multiple parts at once. The inventory adjustments were pretty easy to handle as well. After a slight learning curve you can make the program function properly. We still never got the full in depth training that we needed to in order to take full advantage of its capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

The reporting is very difficult to navigate through and seems like you would need a person who knows coding very well to generate the reports needed for your business. Be sure that whoever your data migration representative knows the program and will actually have time to follow through with the installment.

**Recommendations to others considering Linnworks:**

It's great for inventory management and fulfilling orders. The COG's are often not very accurate and for some reason seems to pull random numbers now and again. The Linnworks support is decent. They usually get back to you within 36 hours. All the information the reps shared though can all be found on their website. I was hoping they could at least provide some further depth to how the information in Linnworks was calculated. Make sure that the representative who does the installation really knows the program well and has time to follow through with the installation.

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The inventory management side is pretty simple and for the most part the inventory levels stay pretty accurate.

  ### 3. Overall good value system

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

Good price compared to similar product with a lot of feature include rather than having to purchase extra ad-ons. Has fast chat and ticket response included. Invoice and shipping system is good as does not require to pay extra and does a lot with rules.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

interface is a bit old looking and hard to use. Some features seem like they could be don easier. Reporting is not great, no links to accounts

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

multi-channel sales and product management

  ### 4. Best Warehouse Management Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan J. | Digital marketing specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2018

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

I searched around for warehouse management software but many did not fit my needs. I know if you have multiple stores like ebay and amazon, but also have e-commerce sites. This is the software to get. I love the fact that many of the marketplaces can be added without a problem.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

I have to be honest, there is not a lot of support in terms of video tutorials, however they do have a library of how to get started articles and such. It would be nice if they did have videos to give everyone a better feel of the platform. Another thing that I dislike is that the company more or less encourages customers to get the training they offer but can be very costly for small businesses. The training is helpful but like mentioned it can be price for certain individuals.

**Recommendations to others considering Linnworks:**

Please do some research before hand, like I mentioned SkuVault does not offer too much help, except if you pay for the training. It is not recommended for beginners and this software might be a little overwhelming. If you have experience using other warehouse management systems then skuvault should be familiar to you.

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are setting up a system that will update our inventory on our warehouse and also the external ones we have on the other marketplaces. We will also use the software to integrate with a crm system that will give us full control of not only inventory but also all customers.

  ### 5. Have heard from co-workers that it is reputable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

This recommendation is truly coming from our CTO, so I take his word for it!

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

That it currently doesn't plug-in with us!

**Recommendations to others considering Linnworks:**

Check them out!

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been happy to refer it to prospects (qualified or not) to help with their streamlining of their product organization.

  ### 6. Chichester

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick F. | Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2019

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

We tested dozens of platforms to integrate Amazon the website and despatch systems. Linnworks was the only platform that comprehensively covered every area of development we required whilst allowing the flexibility of customisation.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

The only thing I can place my finger on is that when there are dozens of products for despatch, the scroll is quite jumpy

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we needed to lift flower orders from our website. The issues that Linnworks were unique in being able to solve was splitting orders with several despatch addresses into separate orders.

  ### 7. Incredible piece of software all multi channel retailers should be using

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

Linnworks is easy to use and does things for you that you didn't even realise you needed. It makes the whole process of managing stock, and dispatching orders seamless.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

I don't like the push towards the online software, and prefer the desktop version, however this is not something that puts me off Linnworks, it is just what used to set the company apart from its competition, and I feel it should be kept and updated.

**Recommendations to others considering Linnworks:**

I would say if you are considering Linnworks, or one of the competing products, then go for Linnworks. The others promise the world, but in my opinion, are not as well rounded as Linnworks.

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Linnworks allows your business to grow without being constrained by tedious tasks. I don't think it would be possible to grow a business with little staff, without the assistance of Linnworks.

  ### 8. Sku Vault is a MUST HAVE for Multichannel Ecommerce Channels

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul Francis J. | eCommerce, Web and Graphic Design for Small to Medium Sized Businesses, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2018

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

Connecting Sku Vault to your ecommerce channels via the API is incredibly simple to do. I could say the same about every feature that I take advantage of including kits and inventory buffers. Less worry about overselling.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

One feature I dislike about SkuVault is that adding a product, and then adding that product's inventory are separate processes. Looking at this specifically from an ecommerce manager's standpoint, I'd like to be able to add my new products and inventory at the same time, but from a warehouse perspective the way it's currently set up likely makes more sense.

**Recommendations to others considering Linnworks:**

I was first implemented SkuVault at my last job when we were searching for warehouse management software with barcode to help organize our warehouse, which was a massive mess to say the least. Then multichannel ecommerce channels became huge, and wow, I'm really happy to have already had SkuVault in place because it honestly makes my job incredibly easy, and eases my mind because overselling just doesn't happen with SkuVault.

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm currently using SkuVault to tie all of my ecommerce inventories together - that being Shopify, Amazon, and Ebay. I sell a product on Ebay it pulls from SkuVault's inventory, and SkuVault communicates the new inventory to all three of my selling channel. SkuVault makes bulk discounts on products easy because I can just create a kit. Inventory buffers as well - I have products that I literally never sell out of, and Sku Vault helps me push constant low quantities to my selling channels so that, on Ebay for example, I'm not pushing my selling limits over the edge.

  ### 9. Skuvault for Warehouse Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2017

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

The whole idea is brilliant. Label each location, label each item, and let skuvault keep track of what items are placed in or removed from any given location. It is a lifesaver with an inventory of thousands of items, many of which are 1-of items so it is very important to know where that items is when a sale is made.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

There are some fields the program forces you to fill in which in our situation are unnecessary. We have to spend time selecting meaningless options for these fields just to be able to proceed. I also dislike the cost. I use skuvault at work but also have a small business on the side, and would love to use this for my small business but at my scale the cost is prohibitive.

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SkuVault daily at work to keep track of where things are in a huge warehouse. It is great to be able to locate items and even to backtrack the item's previous locations and see the dates it was added or removed. We would not be able to find things without it.

  ### 10. SkuVault Warehouse Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2017

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

Brilliant and Simple UI. The fastest scaling Warehouse and Inventory Management Application. The DBSync Integration with SkuVault for Accounting makes the whole Warehouse to Shipping and Accounting cycle seamless. TAT is drastically reduced. You never go out of stock. Overall brilliant Application

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

Would love if they add more Accounting related modules, like Invoicing and others. But overall no complains as it does what it is meant to do brilliantly and that is Warehouse and Inventory Management.

**Recommendations to others considering Linnworks:**

Best Product, brilliant team!

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Warehouse and Inventory Management. Sales driven from Amazon, eBay, BigCommerce and ChannelAdvisor are automatically brought into SkuVault via their Integration and the DBSync integration for Accounting completes the Sales to Accounting Cycle.

  ### 11. Great systems, not without its pitfalls

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam H. | Lead Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2016

**What do you like best about Linnworks?**

Very simple interface that is easy to navigate and get done what you need, the inventory management system is also very easy to use and update stock figures. New dashboarding system is much easier to navigate.

The import/export functionality is fantastic, you can simply setup a cron job that will log into a specific directory via FTP and pull, import and delete any data in said csv sheet, this is extremely handy when you are having to make stock updates on the fly via a custom implemented API.

**What do you dislike about Linnworks?**

- Support like to pass the buck, the business I work for now have an external contractor who comes in and does any of the more difficult tasks.
- Not the greatest of implementations using Magento, it implements the Magento API rather than creating a bespoke module where Magento developers can implement certain changes.
- Desktop application is being made redundant forcing users onto their online version, somewhat of a pain with individuals who don't like change but none the less, need to keep up with the times.
- User limitations, having to log people out to do a quick piece of work for 2 minutes a day, not worth the additional payment for a separate user.

**Recommendations to others considering Linnworks:**

Make sure to get a 3rd party contractor to help you out, linnworks do offer one to one training sessions but this is over the phone via a system similar to teamviewer. Much easier if you have someone sat next to you rather than external training.

**What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Stock
- Sku allocation and locations.
- Import/export of a huge number of skus, which is constantly growing at around 1-200 a week.
