The user interface is really simple and easy to use. The attention to customer satisfcation (especially monthly zooms with our customer successmanager) is really top notch! We were using Box as our repository for documents. It was difficult to do even a common search for an agreement. I love the fact that we can filter so many different ways to search for an agreement without having to look at hundreds of documents. And to you examples below, all of them apply. It's easy to use, Implementation to some type because of the level of agreements we have, I had to reach out to customer support this morning and got a response right away. Honestly, from my point of view, I don't have any dislikes. My job is so much easier now when I have to put my fingers on an agreement quickly for myself or someone else within the company.
