Getting started, i was unsure about the reliability of using a company that is not based in my own country. I did not know if it would work with when i needed support or that they would be able to assist with issues that we have in our country that they do not have to adhere to...

It's SUPER easy to set up a custom domain for branded short links, create a custom shortlink or QR code, see your analytics for that code, and more. It lists city, but not state, for click location, which can be unhelpful in the US. And sometimes I wonder about some of them--I see a lot from "Boardman, US," for instance, which seems statistically unlikely, and I wonder what they are. But those are fairly minor complaints.
