LinkFlow is packaging management and artwork approval software for brands, packaging converters and agencies. Founded in 2019 in Blumenau, Brazil, it is part of Grupo Blumenau, a holding with over 40 years in the packaging market, and was born inside Clicheria Blumenau: the routine of people who engrave plates and prepare files every day is built into the software. The portfolio organises brands, products and SKUs, secondary packaging included; each SKU holds its record, artwork, documents, workflows, approvals and history. Creation and change workflows move through stages with an owner and a deadline, with forms per request type, briefs per area, folders with permissions per user type and automatic reminders of pending items. Artwork approval happens by department, with a decision rule (one person or everyone), a browser viewer with colour separation, notes on the file itself, text, barcode, QR and braille reading, side-by-side or Delta comparison of revisions and a PDF report. Indicators show time per workflow type and per stage, SLA, idle workflows and each supplier’s performance. For converters, the workflow runs from the customer’s order, with the ERP work order, to the customer’s approval in the viewer, the digital proof and the plate maker. Data lives on Microsoft Azure in São Paulo, encrypted, with daily backups and multifactor authentication. Customers reported artwork approval falling from seven to three days (Gualapack Brasil) and 50% less time approving new packaging (Casa Valduga, 800+ SKUs). Active customers in 13 Brazilian states, Chile and Ecuador. Pricing on request.
