"Advanced Lead Filtering Saves Time and Boosts Outreach"
4/5
What do you like best about LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

The biggest value of LSN is the advanced lead and account filtering.

The filters help narrow down prospects by role , company, and location which saves a lot of time. I also like getting updates when someones changes jobs or when company has news... These all helps start more natural conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

Especially the cost which is on the higher side for individual users.

Also some profiles are not always updated, so you still need to double check details. Inmail works well sometimes, but replies are not gauranteed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Lead Generation, But Comes with a Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

I appreciate LinkedIn Sales Navigator for providing more active leads compared to other platforms, which really helps in generating leads for our branding and other services. The filter options are great for finding leads based on location, company size, position, and more. My favorite feature is the InMail capability, which allows us to reach leads directly on LinkedIn without switching to other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

A new user will take sufficient time to understand LinkedIn Sales Navigator before using it because LinkedIn is not only for lead generation purpose and another major con is the high fee per user. The very limited in-mail option availability makes it complex for smaller businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Advanced Search Makes Prospecting Easy, But Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

The single best feature is the Advanced Search with 'Spotlights'. The free version of LinkedIn is useless for building a list because you can't filter by the things that actually matter in sales. In Sales Nav, I can run a search for 'VPs of Engineering in New York' and then apply the 'Changed Jobs in Last 90 Days' spotlight. This gives me a list of new executives who are looking to make their mark and are much more likely to buy new software than someone who has been in the seat for 10 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

My biggest frustration is the Inbox Separation. Sales Navigator keeps its messages completely separate from your standard LinkedIn inbox. If a prospect replies to me, I have to constantly toggle between the two interfaces to check for messages. It’s very easy to miss a reply because the notification systems don’t always sync perfectly. I often find myself wishing for a single, unified inbox so I don't drop the ball on a conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
