What do you dislike about LinkedIn Sales Insights?
The list is exhaustive
- you can't control when updates are pushed from LSI to SFDC. So if you have any other nightly updates, good luck; you're about to get tons of error messages
- there is no logic for how the data is pushed; it's all or nothing, resulting in high API calls
- Hoping for excellent implementation, onboarding and support? Not going to happen
-If a company's profile has been deprecated or directs you to a new company page, LSI does not recognize that
- the data is inconsistent, and the reporting is awful. It's impossible to see, in a consistent, reliable way, what SFDC accounts are linked to which LSI profiles. In fact, you could have multiple SFDC accounts linked to the same LSI profile, and it's nearly impossible to tell without going down a rabbit hole
- Added bonus! The sync is not two-way. If you break the connection between an SFDC ID and an LSI profile, doesnt matter!
