I like that it is a network of professionals that allow to search for finding the best candidate for the best fits role. I like the search feature of the LinkedIn because not only you can find the candidate related to the field but you can also get to know people similar to the candidate profile also look for search feature, this help to find and consider other candidate in the pool and eventually you can search and find the perfect candidate. With LinkedIn you can search for new opportunity with wide variety of option like location, area of search etc, this will help to narrow down your search for job and finding the right company. I wish to have good automation API of the LinkedIn, i should able to integrate with my recruiting software with integration of the plugin and the code so that i can connect my HR software with LinkedIn API directly.
