I like best about LinkedIn Recruiter the sheer volume of candidates you can source from. I like to use it to show my teams the current market data. I dislike LinkedIn Recruiter because anyone can get it. There are so many fraudulent people using LinkedIn Recruiter for nefarious reasons and LinkedIn does very little to stop it. There are so many job postings that do not follow laws- Posting the salary in certain states. I've seen so many candidates become very skeptical of recruiters reaching out because they have gotten burned.
