It's a great to to target job titles. LinkedIn Ads, compared to Facebook Ads, can be more precise when targeting job titles. Facebok is based on what you like and it's not precise. Obviously it is favourable that LinkedIn is constantly optimising their platform however the frequent changes are hard to keep up with and the updates are sometimes screwing with our client relationships as they are used to a certain workflow which has to be amended after updates. The targeting is less granular than the likes of Facebook marketing i.e. you cannot target based on interests as this is not data captured by LinkedIn. The ability to have you paid ads only shown to people with a certain job role with a certain number of years experience is such an important factor for our team.
