As good as it is, LinkedIn Learning is missing courses on many topics that I need (FMEA, MSA, statistical software such including JMP). Also, they need to do a better job of asking (requiring?) the instructors to update the material when the topics are rapidly changing (Power BI is one example). And for some topics (6 Sigma) the courses are pretty dry: just having better and more engaging exerciese would help. Customer support should be better across the board. What problems is LinkedIn Learning solving and how is that benefiting you? I recently transitioned in my career from technical domain to management area. It was in covid times, when the virtual courses for upskilling was the only option. I have explored many platform like Youtube, Udemy, and many more. However I liked 2 in particular Linkedin Learning and Simplilearn. The course content was amazing and the flow of the course lectures very designed perfectly. The interface for learning platform keep you engaged with the platform. Not only the UI/UX is designed smoothly but they also do offer the certification after qualifying certain assessments. I have not only was able to successfully transitioned into my new role but was able to thrive with better salary increment and more importantly job satisfaction.
