LinkedIn Learning helped to promote personal and professional growth in the Life Sciences/Pharma space in the first instance, however, it has also allowed me to venture into unfamiliar territories to learn. As such, I have drastically increased what is achievable in my own life, including reaching out into a new industry and progressing my career. Use of this platform was covered by my company's annual professional development allowance, providing us with a means of continuous improvement and upskilling to enhance our careers and better place us for promotion.
