It's really easy to use and has seamless integration, which makes it simple to get started. **What do you dislike about LinkedIn Learning?** I think areas that could be improved are sometimes around the search and filtering tools. So that's definitely an area. I think, also, there's limited interactivity. So it's a lot of videos and what I'd like to see is more hands-on activities, labs, and kind of more interactive elements. **What problems is LinkedIn Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?** LinkedIn Learning helps us create learning paths and provides personalized skill and career goal recommendations. I really appreciate how easy it is to dive into a topic—even if I just have 15–20 minutes. The videos are clear, practical, and straight to the point. I usually use it around three times a week, learning everything from Excel shortcuts to leadership communication techniques. I also love the personalized learning library—it helps me keep track of my course progress. One of my favorite features is the ability to set a career goal and then see the skills and certifications I need to work toward it, all in one place. **What do you dislike about LinkedIn Learning?** Some of the content feels a little basic or outdated, especially for more technical topics. Also, the search results can sometimes be overwhelming or not very accurate. I wish there were more hands-on exercises or case studies in certain courses—just to help apply the concepts better. **What problems is LinkedIn Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?** LinkedIn Learning helps me stay up to date and relevant in today’s fast-changing work environment.
