We were literally paying to educate employees which we'd ultimately lose because they were overqualified and found higher paying, other, positions outside our organiaation. Amazing learning self-paced training with timeframe flexibility and a learner can post certificates directly to our LinkedIn profiles which builds our resume, skillsets, and provides opportunities to earn more with other positions, often at other organizations. The biggest drawback is the limited interactivity, especially considering the high price if you don't have a premium LinkedIn account. Most courses consist of passive video lectures, and I would prefer to see more opportunities for hands-on practice or integrated coding environments.
