The actual content is very good. Tons of topics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about LinkedIn Learning? Customer service does not answer back promptly, would not give me a quote for a grad school project and tried to get me to tell my school to buy a subscription for the entire college. Gave me a customer service number to call after refusing to give me a quote. I had to submit a quote request 3 times. Very rude and not helpful. Lynda offers a breadth of resources for various programs and software, and there are many courses to choose from. Lynda has easy accessibility, so people can access on mobile or their computer on their own time when they are ready. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about LinkedIn Learning? I understand that many people need walk-through, step-by-step tutorials about different software, etc., but Lynda's execution makes it hard to learn. Basically, if I want to learn how to use Photoshop, for example, I have to watch a 45-minute video. I'd much rather have the ability to watch how to perform certain tasks on software and watch bite-size videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering LinkedIn Learning: Although Lynda has a lot of resources, I would consider using alternate learning tools. I only say that because I found that even though there are so many resources and courses, I never found any of the courses to be engaging or really meet my needs. I would suggest using an alternate tool that allows you to learn in bite-size information rather than watch a 45-minute video.
