Connection requests with notes added. It's a feature I probably use the most.

The 1st connection message sequence is also a feature I use a lot. The best thing they added on LinkedHelper 2 is message filtering. For example: Say, I ran a campaign earliar with a text that contains "first-ever", when I decide to run another campaign, I can set LH2 to not send a message to the people to whom I texted "first-ever" ever. So, LinkedHelper will go to each profile and search for that text/word within the previous messages with that person and send a message only if it doesn't find any such message. It slows down my PC. Basically its a huge software, not android studio type huge, but huge.

You always have to keep a beckup because there isn't any automatic backup solution. LH1 backup won't work on LH2, so, basically don't use LH1 anymore.

I can be tricky to use if you are new to use. I have moved to LH2 almost immediately, but even then I tend to hit walls on some features.

Unlike PhantomBuster,its not happening on cloud, so if your internet or PC is slow, it will go slow. It's actually both a bad thing and a good thing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Well.. dislike is a big word, but logically when you can do a lot with a tool, it takes some time to master. The other side is, LH has VERY good documentation and a video explaining almost every step. Their customer service is better than Amazon.
