- After 3 months of working in LinkedHelper2, the program interface became native, and all functions were understandable;

- There are small supporting videos that allow you to quickly learn how to work with the program, although they are in English, but with SIGN TRANSLATION into your language!!! I once learned to work with the program in 30-60 minutes;

- The system allows you to perfectly select contacts on LinkedIn or pull from a .csv file, filter, transfer from one account to another;

- It is possible to work with a large number of LinkedIn accounts (own or employee accounts). I used 9 accounts from 3 computers at the same time. 900 letters on LinkedIn in 4-5 hours - a great result!

- It's great to see how the program works on LinkedIn. Seeing what's going on is a useful feature of the app;

- The program has a cool feature - automation of deleting invitations to establish a contact. This has a positive effect on the limits on your LinkedIn account and allows you to contact the contact with a new offer after 3 weeks;

- And I especially want to note the INCREDIBLE TECHNICAL SUPPORT!!! I checked - technicians give answers both at night and on weekends. Answers come in 3-5 minutes. There is nothing that I do not like at all, as a person who is an IT specialist by education, I understand that there may be nuances in the implementation of this or that, everyone has their own view. But the basic functionality is perfectly executed, the idea is implemented, I did not find any bugs at all, which is a rarity.

One aspect of Linked Helper 2 that I have found somewhat frustrating is the limited integration with other tools and platforms. While it does offer integration with a few select CRMs, I would like to see more options available for integrating with other tools that I use in my business.

The overall functionality is super. LinkedHelper includes all the tools we need for social selling on LinkedIn: automated liking and commenting, friending, sending messages. Even more, we can upload the contacts for LinkedIn campaigns. We use this tool both for our and our clients' needs. Totally recommended for saving time for you or your sales on everyday tasks.
