The automation capabilities are impressive once you figure them out. You can fully customize outreach sequences across connection requests, follow-ups, and messaging. The interface feels outdated and clunky, especially for first-time users. It took a while to get used to the setup, and even now, I still run into random glitches that break campaign flows. Support can be hit-or-miss, and the strict refund policy doesn’t inspire confidence. Beyond that it helps me automate many aspects of my LinkedIn prospecting, it presents a problem for me that the process is interrupted if I close the program, since I can't leave the computer on, and that delays the prospecting process.
