**What do you like best about Linkage?**

What I like most about it is that I can improve and evolve in the tools that my team of leaders has at work, such as ways of managing a group, focus techniques and so on. I also like that the application is so easy to use, and is very easy to put into practice on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Linkage?**

What I consider I like the least about the application is that there are some recommended techniques in the plan that are designed for large work groups, I would like to be able to personalize what I receive a little more, so that it is adopted to the reality of my leaders.

**What problems is Linkage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my company I always have problems when it comes to attracting new customers because the people in charge of this do not have the skills developed enough to fulfill this mission. With Linkage I have been able to train my workers to perform each of the required tasks
