Link & Impulse is a data infrastructure agency for businesses that buy customers through advertising, and close the sale off the website: on a call, at a consultation, or when a contract is signed. Most businesses know their ad spend to the cent, but their cost per customer is a guess. The ad platforms count clicks and form fills, and the CRM's lead source field too often says "Google" or nothing at all. We fix the tracking so every inquiry arrives with the ad, campaign and search that brought it in. Then we join spend, source and outcome every night in a database the client owns, and report what a customer cost, by channel, every month. No data team needed.
