What problems is LingoHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

My app was translated into multiple languages by translators from all over the world. LingoHub helps me manage the process efficiently and helps translators to minimize translation time. The translators work in volunteer so the ease of use and translations time is critical to complete a translation. So far 95% of the translators finish the translation and doing occasional translations. I have no doubt that without a good translation tool like LingoHub we ended up with a lot fewer translations. What do you dislike about LingoHub?

Navigation of the entire space is a bit heavy / confusing to get used to as first. But once you know it it's fine. However, things like sending pull requests are a bit hidden. Also, since almost all text has a reference to "where it goes" we use the comments feature for this, but there could be a dedicated space for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
