LineSight AI is slitting and production planning optimization software for metal service centers. It connects to the existing ERP, reads open orders and coil inventory, and builds slitting plans that cut more of each coil into product and less into scrap. It handles grade, gauge, width, ID/OD, PIW, edge trim, knife setups, multi-pass jobs and must-ship dates. Planners review, adjust and release each plan. LineSight AI also reads incoming purchase orders from email, PDF and photos, enters sales orders, creates work orders and books freight, and a person approves each ERP write. Connects to PS Data, Invera INVEX, Enmark Eniteo and other metals ERPs — LineSight AI can connect to virtually any ERP. Elite Steel reported +$850K in annualized revenue, a 2.9-point reduction in scrap rate, and a 20% gross margin increase. Implementation takes under a month.
