**What do you like best about Liner?**

Cross-reference accuracy and rationality-driven insight regarding AI content. Very good at that!

**What do you dislike about Liner?**

Total lack of customer support and a scam with charging $10 installments even after client has upgraded to Premium. Text replies change from English to Korean language and bugs tend to consume ALL your credits without Liner even trying to fix or communicate about it. They're fast to mischarge you $10 in error and then, not replying your emails requesting fix and refund. They don't seem to care. Strongly advise AGAINST using their software.

**What do you like best about Liner?**

It easily helps me to search for valuable information across the IT industry, specifically about new tech tools, skills, market information & insights for development

**What do you dislike about Liner?**

It's quite limited if you're not using the PRO feature, even if it's not a expensive pricing, it limits a lot if you're not using the pro version. Far from that, I don't have any further comments for Liner

**What problems is Liner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplifying my research using AI system feature when I'm mapping tech candidates only with skills, searching for salary bands, in-depth about market insights & new tech stacks
