Linelemon is browser-based queue management software from Accomplice AB for shops, cafés, service counters, events and pop-ups. Customers join service queues through a QR code or shared link and follow their place and estimated waiting time on a phone. Staff manage multiple queues and call the next customer from the counter view. The pickup board lets staff enter existing receipt numbers and display several ready orders at once, without requiring POS integration. Service queues, pickup boards and browser turn notifications are free. Optional Customize Pro adds branding, customization and advance reminders. SMS reminders require Pro and separate prepaid balance in supported destinations.
