It has made my life easier, they select candidates who meet my requirements which I can examine with time from my phone or computer with their respective references in order to make the final decision and hire the most appropriate staff. It is a very good opportunity for those who are looking for employees and those who are unemployed. They make their database through scores that allow me the pros and cons of each one that makes them very efficient. **What do you dislike about LineHire?** As it is a very useful, versatile, easy-to-use and inexpensive tool, few or almost null are the negative things I can mention. In some cases the communication skills are not very good, it tends to be late and that delays the processes. **Recommendations to others considering LineHire:** If you want to make your day to day work easier LineHire is the solution, it is the fundamental tool to hire the most qualified and competent personnel. Be part of this great family that facilitates the business system. **What problems is LineHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** With them I have found the staff I need, saving me a long list of candidates already reduced to the most qualified for the positions offered, that makes a more efficient job. ### 3. They have provided an easy platform to help me improve my staffing abilities. Although I am just a beginner in the field of recruiting, I am growing in skill and in confidence too. I do not view my failures regarding placements as blocks in my roadway, but as stepping stones to get better each day. The messaging system is great, and the feedback provided is exceptional. I know there are other recruiting companies out there, but I love the simplicity and support of Line Hire.
