Setting up my LinearB account from Gitlab to Jira to Slack integration was super smooth with accurate detailed instructions available along the way. **What do you dislike about LinearB?** None that is LinearB's fault, but the Git activity we had in the repos setup with LinearB was not enough to generate meaningful insights, that is until we changed our Git process to a more Git Flow-like process that we started to see deeper insights **What problems is LinearB solving and how is that benefiting you?** LinearB gives you deeper visibility into what developers are working on, their time load, who is doing what, etc. Overall it gives you a god-like view into town work across different repos. ### 2. It gives you an amazing dashboard with graphs and data that helps in analyzing yourself. It also provides a vibrant community for developers, and also you can sign up for free. There are a whole lot of how-to videos to get anyone started with the product. **What do you dislike about LinearB?** The software is still very new. So, promotion is a big piece of what is needed right now for this software. Also, it can work on community development so that the bugs and fixes can be done quickly. **Recommendations to others considering LinearB:** I highly recommend everyone to get a demo and also get a free signup with LinearB. **What problems is LinearB solving and how is that benefiting you?** LinearB is really useful in setting us up with an amazing dashboard feature that points out all of the details of your activities by compairing it with other. I also questioned if I could manage remote teams well without being data driven. With LinearB I could now see how my org was doing over time. Now, with visibility into my org, I could compliment leaders and individual contributors on the great work they were doing (or help them get engaged in the work). **What do you dislike about LinearB?** Tracking work based on Kanban methodology is not fully supported in LinearB (but is under development right now). **What problems is LinearB solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the best benefits I have received from LinearB is using a metric called Cycle Time. This metric is a superior method of tracking the throughput of your teams as compared to agile metrics such as Scrum Velocity. I'm also able to see other metrics which show how engaged a team or individual is. ### 4.
