"Affordable service "

What do you like best about Line2?

As a small business owner, I really like not having to carry a 2nd phone with me. When searching for an app-based solution, Line2 was an affordable choice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Line2?

What do you dislike about Line2?

I continually have issues with dropped calls, call quality, my phone not ringing when someone is calling me. Responsive customer support but there is always a "work around" provided but no resolutions for the ongoing issues I have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Line2:

Most current users of Line2 I know today are not happy with the product. If you are a new user, do your homework and be sure you get the level of support you need to rectify issues you have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Line2 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Primary business number for calls, messages, text services. Initially this was a good solution when I purchased it 2 years ago but since then the problems have been too numerous to list here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
