Guests order and pay via QR code without an app, and skippr plans the work behind the bar. skippr is built for venues where demand peaks at the bar: festivals, concerts, clubs, stadiums, beer gardens and street food markets. At peak times these venues rarely lack demand; they lack capacity. Taking orders and payments one by one at the counter creates queues, and extra staff are hard to find. How it works Guests scan a QR code and order in the browser, with no app download and no account. They pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with tips and deposits handled in checkout. Staff see the next task on one tablet per station. When an order is ready, the guest gets a notification and picks it up with a scan. What makes skippr different Most mobile ordering systems show staff a list of orders. skippr plans the order of work at the bar using fixed rules that can be configured per item: - Batching: identical drinks from several orders are made in one round. - PreWork: if the same item is next in the queue, skippr suggests making it right away. - Fast Lane: if one station is free while another is busy, skippr moves up orders the free station can serve. - A configurable limit keeps any order from being pushed back too long. In initial tests, the same bar handled up to 60% more orders per hour than with conventional order-by-order processing. For operators - Several bars, each with its own queue and menu; close a bar at short notice. - Define stations within a bar, for example draft beer, cocktails or food. - Pause orders, switch off items and change prices centrally in one click. - Real-time sales and stock levels, staff and role management. - Digital deposits refunded by scan, age checks at pickup. - Every transaction stored with its own booking ID and exportable as CSV. Setup and integration skippr runs alongside existing POS and cashless wristband systems or on its own; there is no direct POS integration yet. Each station needs a tablet and an internet connection. Payments are processed by Nexi, and data is hosted in the EU in line with the GDPR. Pricing No setup, license or monthly fee and no minimum revenue. A €0.10 ordering fee applies per order, which venues can pass on to guests, plus the card processing fee via Nexi. Cancel monthly.
