**What do you like best about LimoWiz?**

booking reservations, payment processing, dispatch in 1 software

**What do you dislike about LimoWiz?**

The support is not the best. Also, there are too many useless details when booking a reservation. And the routing details (pick-up & drop-off locations, ride details are too confusing & all over the place)

**Recommendations to others considering LimoWiz:**

Do your research on other Limo Software before purchasing.

**What problems is LimoWiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It made my work day more complicated than it had to be. When booking rides I had to bounce all over the place & back and forth from one page to another to access ride details.
