The biggest problem it solves is the sheer volume of time and mental energy spent on charting…. before this, writing out detailed, audit-compliant narratives for things like homebound status and functional limitations took forever and caused a lot of screen fatigue. It benefits me by drastically cutting down my charting time, reducing burnout, and letting me get through my reviews much faster without stressing over compliance. The app is user-friendly and makes my workload much easier. I only need to record my visit, and it takes care of the rest. I used to spend about 30 minutes doing my charts, but now I can finish them in around 10–15 minutes. Customer service is superb, and any problems I’ve had were addressed and resolved quickly. They essentially do my scribing for me, so instead of having to handle all the documentation myself, I come back to an EMR that’s already filled out. I’m amazed at how much better this app has gotten. At first, the EMR integration was a bit difficult, but the team really took the time to understand the issues and made it so much better.
