A good basic system for managing our contacts. A system that our sister organization in the region also uses, allowing us to have certain synergy effects from it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lime CRM?

Could have been a bit more user-friendly perhaps. I still don't find it easy to create lists and such, I'll have to ask our superuser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would wish for the transfer from the business system with new customer numbers to work. Right now, we have to have the routine of creating customer numbers in Lime that are transferred to the business system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
